Why MovingUnits™

Most dealerships show you a car. We show you a strategy.

A dealership's finance office works with the lenders on its board. We work the whole market on your behalf and tell you what your file actually supports before you commit.

Specialty bank relationships

We work with lenders who underwrite exotic and high-line collateral every day — not general auto desks seeing a supercar for the first time.

Multiple lending structures

Traditional amortizing notes, extended terms, and open-end structures are compared side by side before anything is submitted.

Lender matching

Your credit profile, liquidity, and the specific vehicle determine which desk sees the file. Fit is decided before submission, not after a decline.

Open-end options

Residual-based structures can lower monthly outlay on the right vehicle and the right holding period. We model it honestly, including the balloon.

Business-use structures

Entity titling, business vehicle programs, and documentation requirements handled with your accountant's guidance in mind.

Support through delivery

Selection, structure, submission, dealer coordination, and delivery logistics stay with one point of contact.

Financing programs

Four ways a deal gets structured

Each program suits a different buyer profile and holding period. None of them promise approval — the right one is decided after we review your file.

Traditional Finance

01

Who it's for

Buyers who intend to keep the vehicle long term and want straightforward equity build.

A standard amortizing note through a specialty lender. Terms are matched to model year, mileage, and collateral profile.

  • Conventional amortizing structure
  • Equity accrues over the term
  • Straightforward payoff and resale

Extended-Term Financing

02

Who it's for

Buyers prioritizing monthly cash flow on a higher-value vehicle they plan to hold.

Longer terms spread the same principal across more months. We show the total-cost tradeoff before you decide.

  • Longer terms where collateral qualifies
  • Lower monthly outlay
  • Total interest reviewed openly

Entrepreneur / Open-End Structure

03

Who it's for

Buyers with shorter holding periods who want the lowest reasonable monthly figure.

A residual-based structure with a balloon due at term end. This is not a closed-end lease — you retain the disposition decision.

  • Residual / balloon at term end
  • Lower monthly than full amortization
  • Refinance, sell, or pay off at maturity

Business Vehicle Financing

04

Who it's for

Operating entities acquiring a vehicle in the business name for legitimate business use.

Entity titling and documentation packaged for lenders that underwrite commercial paper. Coordinate treatment with your CPA.

  • Titling in an operating entity
  • Business documentation handled
  • Personal guaranty may be required

Single point of contact

One relationship from selection to funding.

You are not handed between a salesperson, a finance manager, and a bank call center. You work through MovingUnits™ from the moment a vehicle is selected: we review the file, position it with the right lender, submit it, coordinate directly with the supplying dealer, and stay on it through delivery.

Process

Five steps, no surprises

Each step has a defined outcome so you always know what happens next and what is still outstanding.

  1. 01

    Choose your vehicle

Select from the MovingUnits™ Collection or tell us the specification you want sourced. We confirm current availability with the supplying dealer before anything proceeds.

  2. 02

    Submit your deal profile

You provide credit range, available down payment, purchase type, trade-in status, and target payment. This is a profile, not a credit application.

  3. 03

    Review your structure

We return the structures your file realistically supports — traditional, extended-term, or open-end — with estimated figures and the tradeoffs of each. You choose the direction.

  4. 04

    Lender submission

Your file is prepared and submitted to the lender best matched to the collateral and your profile. Approval terms are always determined by the lender, not by us.

  5. 05

    Coordination and delivery

We coordinate documents, funding, and dealer logistics through delivery, and stay your single point of contact until the vehicle is in your possession.

Deal builder

Let's build your approval strategy.

Tell us how the deal needs to work. We review your profile and come back with the structures your file supports — before anything is submitted to a lender.

Submitting an inquiry is not an application for credit and does not constitute an approval. We review your file before anything is sent to a lender.

Concierge Service Fee — 2.5% ($22,560)

Paid separately from the vehicle purchase price and disclosed before lender submission.

Broker-led approval support

Dedicated file preparation, not a form forwarded to a bank.

Your engagement deposit secures dedicated file preparation, lender matching, and submission management. Deposits are applied toward total out-of-pocket and become non-refundable once the deal has been submitted.

In practical terms: an advisor builds the package, positions it with the desk most likely to underwrite it, manages conditions and counters, and coordinates with the supplying dealer so the vehicle is held while the structure is finalized.

Brokerage fee disclosure

MovingUnits™, a service of Deposit Required Inc., charges a brokerage service fee of 2.5% of the vehicle selling price. This fee is paid separately from the vehicle selling price. It is not added to the selling price shown on any listing and it is not included in any payment estimate displayed on this site.

Disclosures

What these numbers do and do not mean

Payment estimates
All payment figures shown on this site are illustrative estimates only. They are based on top-tier credit assumptions and are subject to lender approval, your credit profile, the selected term, taxes, government and dealer fees, down payment, vehicle eligibility, and final underwriting. Actual terms will differ. No payment shown here is an offer of credit.
Open-end structures
Open-end structures may include a residual or balloon amount due at the end of the term. They are not traditional closed-end leases and do not carry a closed-end lease's mileage, wear, or disposition terms. The residual amount is the client's responsibility at maturity, whether satisfied by payoff, refinance, or sale of the vehicle.
Inventory and pricing
Inventory, pricing, mileage, specifications, and availability are provided in good faith and may change without notice. Vehicles are sourced through dealer partners and may be sold or withdrawn at any time. Listing photography may be representative. Confirm all details before entering into any agreement.
Engagement deposit
Your engagement deposit secures dedicated file preparation, lender matching, and submission management. Deposits are applied toward total out-of-pocket and become non-refundable once the deal has been submitted to a lender.
Brokerage service fee
The brokerage service fee is 2.5% of the vehicle selling price and is paid separately from the vehicle selling price. It is not included in any displayed price or payment estimate.
No guarantee of approval
MovingUnits™, a service of Deposit Required Inc., is a brokerage. We are not a lender and we do not make credit decisions. Nothing on this site constitutes a commitment to lend, an approval, a guaranteed payment, or a guaranteed rate. All financing is subject to lender approval and final underwriting.
